Erin Brennan is a Mental Performance Consultant and sport psychologist working in the Edmonton area with athletes and high performers across a range of competitive levels — from developing youth athletes to elite competitors. She is the owner of Mind Over Matter Performance and is a professional member of the Canadian Sport Psychology Association (CSPA).
Erin holds a Master of Arts in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Alberta, bringing both academic expertise and lived experience as a former athlete — she represented Team Alberta in curling at the 2003 Canada Games.
In her work, Erin supports individuals and teams in developing mental skills that enhance performance under pressure, build resilience, and improve overall psychological readiness in sport settings. She also partners with coaches and parents through workshops, one-on-one sessions, and mental performance planning to help athletes reach their goals, and she has served as part of the Integrated Support Team for Team Alberta at major multi-sport events like the Canada Summer Games.
