Leduc Minor Hockey relies on raffle ticket sales, casinos, Oilers 50/50's, tournaments, and other fundraising activities to fulfill our fundraising budget. We rely on volunteers to ensure the season runs smoothly and is enjoyable for all players.

For EACH child registered with LMHA, we require a 2-credit volunteer/fundraising commitment. Each credit is equal to 4 hours of volunteering, $400 of raffle ticket sales, or $200 of prize table donation for our Tournaments. Volunteering and fundraising should not be combined to complete a credit. If you fail to fulfill your Fundraising/Volunteer Commitments by March 31st, the player’s registration account will be charged $400 for every credit NOT completed.

You are responsible to complete your Fundraising/Volunteer Commitments that you sign up for on SignUp.com (or as directed by the Volunteer Coordinator). If you change your email address it is your responsibility to update your account with SignUp and LMHA's RAMP account. If you cancel within one week of the event you signed up for, it is YOUR responsibility to find a replacement (friend or family member). If you do not find a replacement, it is considered a no-show. If you fail to show up for your selected Volunteer Commitments, the players registration account will be charged $400.

Additional events may become available throughout the season. Please sign-up ASAP, as we cannot guarantee that more options will become available.

Please Note:

  1. Board Members of LMHA receive full credit for all children registered. 
  2. Head Coaches receive 2 Fundraising/Volunteer credits. 
  3. Assistant Coaches that LMHA pays to card receive 2 Fundraising/Volunteer credits. 
  4. Team Managers receive 2 Fundraising/Volunteer credits. 
  5. Team Treasurers (U9-U18) receive 1 Fundraising/Volunteer credit. 
  6. Jersey Parents receive 1 Fundraising/Volunteer credit per set of jerseys.
  7. All volunteer credits must be confirmed by a board member (division director, admin, tournament coordinator, etc). Volunteer credits CANNOT be given by coaches/team staff without approval. 
  8. Credits are not transferable to other seasons or players outside of the same family. We appreciate those who put in extra fundraising and volunteer hours!
